Treat Right Foundation is a nonprofit corporation recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization. All gifts received are tax deducatable as charitable contributions for fedral income tax purposes (EIN 47-5341135, DLN 26053734001225). Donations designated specifically for the Treat Right Foundation which do not have a secondary foundation associated with each donation are done so with the understanding the Treat Right Foundation has complete control over the use of all donated funds permitted by law.  We strive to ensure your donations make the maximum impact on the principles this foundation was founded upon.
